COVID 19 Info
At Mental Wellbeing Network CIC, the health and wellbeing of our community is always our priority. If you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or not feeling at your best physically, we kindly ask that you stay at home and focus on rest and recovery. Taking time to look after your health is not only important for you, but also helps protect others who may be more vulnerable.
We understand that it can be difficult to cancel plans or miss sessions, especially when support feels important. However, listening to your body and allowing yourself time to heal is an essential part of self-care. Where possible, we encourage you to reach out to us to discuss alternative options, such as rescheduling or accessing support remotely.
If your symptoms are mild, rest, hydration, and self-care can make a significant difference. If you feel unwell, unsure, or your symptoms worsen, it is important to seek advice from a healthcare professional such as your GP, NHS 111, or other appropriate medical services. Mental and physical health are closely connected, and looking after both is vital.
Thank you for helping us create a safe, considerate, and supportive environment for everyone. Your understanding and cooperation allow us to continue offering wellbeing services that are accessible, respectful, and centred around care.
Thank you for your co-operation.
