The Youth Mental Health Empowerment Programme supports young people aged 11–25 in developing the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to manage their mental health and thrive. We combine professional counselling, practical workshops, and creative activities to create a supportive, engaging, and inspiring experience.

  • Secondary school and college students
  • Young people not in education, employment, or training (NEET)
  • Youth at risk of isolation, low confidence, or mental health challenges
