How to have the right mindset

Self-esteem is your own evaluation of your own worth and some people have higher self-esteem than others. Usually someone who is not confident has low self-esteem, but it can be for many reasons the way someone has been bought up or how someone does not like their appetence but there are so many things we can do to help boost our self-esteem and confidence and once you start doing a few of these things you will notice a change.  

How to boost Self-esteem and Confidence?

First things first if you look your best, you feel your best too. How you feel on the inside shows massively on the outside. If you take some time out of your day to put some makeup, get up early to do your hair or put a couple of hours aside a week to get active or join the gym. Changes can be as little or as big as you like but for a boost in self-esteem and confidence making yourself feel your best will defiantly help. Just taking some time out to look after yourself or make yourself a bit more put together will mean you will feel more confident.  

Secondly, treating yourself nicely. It is all good pampering yourself but be kind to yourself mentally too. Obviously sleeping and eating right is the best thing for the brain but telling yourself pleasant things or giving yourself compliments will help boost your confidence. You would not tell your friend that they look ugly today so why would you tell yourself that? Treating yourself like someone you love will do the word of good for your confidence and self-esteem. People often think it is not good to Love yourself, but you have to the key to self-love is pretending too even when you are not feeling like it and when you start to believe this on the inside it will start to show on. the outside.
